Fireball Run doesn’t feature places. It champions them.

  • Start Destination

    1/1 Opportunities Per Season


    More than a launch. This is ignition!


    The kickoff city. The first chapter of another legendary story. As the Start Destination, you are the green flag, opening ceremony, and first challenges in the game.


    Participants and crews begin the epic adventure in your town—with immediate impact, significant media exposure, and a dominant on-camera presence throughout the season.


    This destination doesn’t just start the journey—it defines it.


    Submission Criteria:


    Ability to satisfy all RFP requirements

    Selection based on a commitment to deliver a unique, exciting, community-driven experiences unique to your town. 


     Size & population do not matter—Fireball Run even favors America's under-discovered places.


    Minimum 3-star hotel properties. We Contract 120-240± nights in the Start destination.


    Airport Proximity: Destination is within (2) hour drive to a National airport.


    Pitch your museums, historic sites, monuments, unique history, indoor or outdoor experiences, charming districts, quirky shops, notable figures, compelling industries, and above all, passionate civic and elected leaders.

  • Finish Destination

    1/1 Opportunities Per Season


    More than a finale. This is the crescendo.


    The closing city. The final chapter of a legendary story. As the Finish Destination, your community becomes the emotional high point—the moment where every challenge converges, lesson is rewarded, and champions are crowned.


    You host the final missions, the grand welcome, the awards celebration, as the last, most media-saturated stop of the series.


    Participants, families, fans, and film crews arrive ready to celebrate—delivering immediate impact, social buzz, and dominant city-brand awareness through out the series.


    No matter where we go or what we do, media always wants to know—'where did you start and where will you finish.'


    This destination doesn’t just end the journey—it seals its legacy.

    Selection is based on a commitment to deliver a memorable and elevated finale experience tied to local culture and civic pride.


    Size and population do not matter—Fireball Run favors iconic and under-discovered communities alike.


    Minimum 3-star hotel properties. We contract approximately 120–200 room nights in the Finish Destination.


    Airport proximity: within two hours’ drive of a national airport.


    Pitch your celebration venues, walkable districts, scenic backdrops, cultural landmarks, public spaces, local legends, historic courthouses, schools, museums—or anything that will make these final moments  matter.

  • Story Destination

    3–4 Opportunities Per Season


    More than a stop. This is the soul.


    Story Destinations carry the weight of the series. They give Fireball Run its purpose, personality, and heart. Without a story—the show goes nowhere.


    As a Story Destination, your town becomes a chapter. A place where challenges reveal character, legends come alive, and the unforgettable unfolds.


    This isn’t a pass-through. It’s the part they remember.


    Submission Criteria


    Ability to satisfy all RFP requirements

    Selection based on strong storytelling potential—culture, heritage, industry, quirk, legacy, or emotional relevance.


    Any size destionations encouraged—Fireball Run favors destinations with heart and identity.


    Minimum 3-star hotel properties. We contract approximately 100–120 room nights in each Story Destination.

  • Interactive-Destination

    (4) Opportunities Per Season


    Small town. Biggest moment.


    Interactive Destinations aren’t overnight stays—they’re short, focused bursts of everything a town has to give. In just a few hours, you’ll deliver a full-force experience that can rival even signature destinations.


    We’ve seen it again and again: little places with big heart steal the show. Audiences remember them. Crews love them. These are the places no one saw coming—but no one will ever forget.


    You’ve got the pride. We’ve got the platform. Let’s turn your town into the talk of every other town. You all are the under-discovered places our audiances love hearing about.

    Typically along the route between primary destinations (yet we have been known to deviate a time or two, and boy were they worth it).


    Selection based on community spirit, storytelling potential, and ability to deliver standout experiences in a 3-hour window.


    Pitch your reenactments, characters, legends, showpieces, curiosities, traditions, rituals, rivalries, hometown heroes—anything that captures attention, turns heads, or makes a camera operator shout, “Are you getting this?!”
