By registering for this live-action entertainment series, you and all registered members of your team agree to comply with all participation requirements outlined at fireballRun.com. All requirements must be completed no later than August 7, 2025 — NO EXCEPTIONS.

2025 Adventure LLC reserves the right to modify contest rules, locations, and dates at its sole discretion. This invitation is personal and non-transferable. By signing this form, you and all registered members of your team consent to being filmed and grant 2025 Adventure LLC, its affiliates, partners, successors, and licensees the perpetual, worldwide, and unrestricted right to use your names, images, likenesses, voices, and biographical information in connection with the production, distribution, advertising, and promotion of the series, in all media now known or hereafter developed, without further approval or compensation.

You and all registered members of your team agree to waive and release 2025 Adventure LLC, Adrenaline Partnership, and all affiliated companies, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, owners, sponsors, advertisers, and participating venues or locations from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising out of or related to your participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law. A separate Indemnification Waiver and Model Release form must be executed by each registered team member. These documents may not be modified or altered. No refunds or cancellations are permitted, except in the event of a full production cancellation by 2025 Adventure LLC.

All participants must be at least 24 years of age and possess a valid U.S. driver’s license. All participants must be physically and mentally fit to engage in the production’s activities. A physician’s clearance may be required. During the production, no unregistered individuals are permitted inside your vehicle while it is in motion at any time. You and all registered members of your team further agree to comply with all production rules, guidelines, instructions, and safety protocols, whether provided in writing, verbally, electronically, or by other means. Most rules and operational requirements are not contained within this agreement and may be updated or amended at any time at the sole discretion of 2025 Adventure LLC.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute, claim, or legal action arising out of or relating to this agreement or your participation in the production shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.

By submitting this registration electronically, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to act on behalf of all registered members of your team and that you have reviewed this agreement with them. You further acknowledge and agree that your electronic submission constitutes your voluntary, knowing, and legally binding electronic signature, and that you and all registered members of your team consent to be fully and irrevocably bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.
