TO PARTICIPATE IN ADVENTURALLY®

Team and vehicle must meet requirements below.

Member Requirements:

• Two people minimum per team, four maximum.
• Main Registrant must be; Business Owner (any size), C-Class Executive, Person of Independence (Verifiable Net Worth exceeds 3.5m), Elected or Community Business Leader, Celebrity (of any industry), US Military Active Duty or Veteran, Retiree (of any classification).
• Each member MUST sign our indemnification waiver; this is mandatory and it may not be changed or adjusted.
• Each member must sign Model Release form; this is mandatory and may not be change or adjusted. Fireball Run is an entertainment production.
• Each member agrees to our complete rules and guidelines, some of which may not be noted here. Member agrees if they are removed from the event for safety reasons or poor conduct, then member is not eligible for refund.
• All members agree to obey speed limits and governing state laws. Gross negligence, erratic, or aggressive/ dangerous behavior is not tolerated; punishable by event dismissal. Be safe. Have fun.
• Member must affix official rally and sponsor decals on competition vehicle in areas specifically designated by Fireball Run. Private sponsors/ decals may be fit “around” official decals. Conflicting sponsors are NOT permitted.

Driver(s) Requirements:

• All vehicle occupants must complete a basic one day, hands on, defensive driver course.
• An SFI approved minimum single layer racing suit is required for motoring experiences.
• All occupants must have a valid driver’s license for use in all 50 states.
• All occupants must have Physician’s approval to participate.
• All occupants must be covered under registered vehicles insurance policy as drivers.
• Individuals with DUI’s are ineligible to compete/ participate.

Vehicle Requirements:

• Vehicle must meet DOT "road worthy" standards.
• Must be fully insured (Min $500,000 liability).
• Dealer plates are not allowed. Manufacturer plates are allowed under special provision.
• Vehicle must have at all times; reflectors or road flares, first aid kit.
• All front, rear, and turn signal lights must operate.
• Vehicle may not be hauled. The registered vehicle IS the competition vehicle.
